I liked this photograph because it is a really pretty landscape. I really like the color contrast with the rocks and the water. I really like the colors all together, like all the vibrant greens and the red. It is also very balanaced. The water looks as if it is realy moving and you can reach out and touch the moss and I really like that about this picture. It looks so real; it seems like you are sitting there looking at the actual water and it makes you feel peaceful and happy. It is so radiant and it caught my eye when i looked at it. It looks so perfect and i really like this picture.

The lighting in this picture was natural lighting. The sun was shining on the water and it was very light and the mosses were so vibrant that it created a high contrast, which was dramatic.
The photographer used composition skills by making the picture so balanced. The photographer made it look so real and like you could feel it, so he used texture. He used great color contrast and you can see the motion of the water. The focus is on the waterfall, flowing down to the bottom, so the water is what is emphasized the most. He created this by making the water look so real, the stream seems as if it is flowing right in front of you, and all the waterfalls come together and this is emphasized.

I believe that the photographer was trying to communicate the peace and harmony of nature, and how beautiful it is when you really look. It represents important nature is, and how we need to respect and admire it. I also think he was tryign to communicate the symbolism of water, and how it is always moving forward like our lives always move forward and how our lives change and water always changes course. I feel that this was communicated very clearly.
